Disabled Access Problems
There have been reported instances (both in Hillingdon and Central London as a whole) where disabled passengers have been denied access to a bus, leaving them stranded at the bus stop. Sometimes this has been due to the ramp not working on a bus, but at other times it has apparently been caused by the bus driver being rude and unhelpful and refusing permission for the passenger to board. We strongly encourage you to report any such instances, both to TfL and to the relevant bus company (if there is one), so that they can clearly monitor any such mechanical, or personnel, failures.
