Claims for Delays on the Underground
If you are delayed by more than 15 minutes, you may be entitled to a refund of the full single fare for your journey, (except if the delay was caused by reasons beyond LUL’s control, such as security alerts, fires or strikes). You will need to apply via an online account; please see the Transport for London website.
