The public consultation on Lidl’s planning application began on 27th February 2025 and was due to run until 20th March.
As a participant on our Zoom call with Lidl noted, the press advertisement period ran from 5th March until 26th March – and as comments must be accepted until the later of those two dates, we kept our assisted feedback form online until the 26th March.
We have now turned it off, and are grateful to the more-than 600 people that used it for help in sending their emails to the LB Hillingdon Planning team. We certainly made Ruislip’s voice heard!
We’ll report the details back by email to those who registered for our Zoom meeting and to those on our mailing list in the next couple of days, and share the news with everyone else at our AGM on 9th April.
Meanwhile, although our form is no longer online, you may be able to still use the form on LBH’s website and our notes are still online to give you some ideas of the themes to use in your objections.
Hillingdon’s Planning department says:
Alternatively, you may submit your comments via letter addressed to Planning, Civic Centre, High Street, Uxbridge, UB8 1UW; however we are unable to acknowledge written comments.
Any comments you wish to make on this application must be received by the date: (20th or 26th March). If you are unable to reply within this time your comments may still be considered provided that a decision has not already been made.
